Applicants are required to undergo a review of their application materials and a comprehensive interview assessment, with no written examination. The interview will be jointly conducted by professors from SMU and Fudan University, focusing on evaluating the applicant's management experience, research potential, and overall capabilities.

The SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme has a duration of four years. The first two years consist of intensive classes held every three to six months for 3-4 days, while the third and fourth years focus primarily on doctoral dissertation research. The program adopts a dual-city teaching model, with classes held at the Fudan University School of Economics (Shanghai) and Singapore Management University (Singapore), integrating academic resources and practical advantages from both Eastern and Western contexts.

The SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme includes core courses, elective courses, and practical modules, covering topics such as AI, data science, Web3, data governance, cybersecurity, management theory, leadership and digital transformation, innovation in fintech, tech-driven financial markets. The SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme will be delivered in Chinese and English (accompanied by simultaneous interpretation). There are no special English language requirements.

Upon completion of the required credits and successful defense of the doctoral dissertation, students will be awarded the Doctor of Business Administration (Technology) conferred by Singapore Management University.

修满学分并通过博士论文答辩后，可获得由Doctor of Business Administration (Technology)学位。

The tuition fee covers coursework instruction, teaching materials and handouts, dissertation supervision, and dissertation defense fees. Travel and accommodation expenses for overseas modules, as well as all personal expenses, are to be borne by the student. If translation service is required during dissertation defense, the student needs to pay for the service.

学费包含课程学习、教材讲义费、论文指导费、答辩费等。国外模块的差旅费用需自理。个人费用均自行负责。若在论文答辩期间需要翻译服务，学生需自行支付相关费用。

If a student is unable to complete the dissertation or meet graduation requirements within the standard four-year period due to exceptional circumstances, an application for graduation extension up to six years may be submitted. The extension must be approved by the faculty, and the duration and associated fees will be governed by the programme's regulations. The faculty will continue to provide mentorship and resources to support the student in successfully completing their studies and meeting the graduation requirements.

若学生因特殊原因无法在4年内完成论文或满足毕业要求，可申请延期毕业最长至6年。延期需经学院审批，延长期限及相关费用将按照项目培养规定执行。学院将提供持续的导师指导与资源支持，帮助学生顺利完成学业并达到毕业标准。
