The total tuition fees for the SMU-Fudan DBA (Tech) Programme shall be S$261,600+ (inclusive of GST) which shall be paid by a student as per the payment schedule below. A non-refundable deposit of S$50,000 (the “Deposit”) shall be paid upon acceptance of an offer made by SMU.

Tuition fee paid is non-refundable & non-transferable.

Note: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a tax collected on behalf of the Singapore Government and will be charged at the prevailing rate. Tuition fees (before GST) are locked in once the student enters the programme. The Singapore Management University reserves the right to alter tuition fees for new incoming cohorts when required.

+ The amount illustrated is based on 9% GST starting 1 January 2024. Should there be any future GST change, the applicable total amount payable will be charged accordingly.

* If the student stays beyond the recommended candidature, an annual over-staying fee of S$10,900+ (inclusive of prevailing GST) per year will be charged from the 5th year onwards.

新加坡管理大学-复旦大学工商管理（科技）博士项目的总学费为261,600新元起（含消费税），学生需按以下付款计划缴纳。
在接受新加坡管理大学发出的录取通知后，须支付不可退还的50,000新币定金（以下简称“定金”）。
已缴纳的学费概不退还且不可转让。

注：消费税（GST）系代新加坡政府征收，将按现行税率计收。学费（不含GST）在学生入学后即锁定不变。新加坡管理大学保留根据需要调整新生入学学费的权利。

+ 所示金额基于2024年1月1日起实施的9%消费税计算。若未来消费税发生变动，将按新税率收取相应总费用。

* 若学生超出建议修业年限，自第五年起将按每年10,900新币+（含现行消费税）收取逾期学费。
 

Payment Schedule 付款安排

The total tuition fees for the SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme shall be S$261,600+ (inclusive of GST) which shall be paid by a student in the following manner:

A non-refundable deposit of S$50,000 (the “Deposit”), which shall be paid upon acceptance of an offer made by SMU. Please refer to the payment schedule below for more details.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Deposit shall form part of the total tuition fees for the SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme, however, SMU will not refund the Deposit should a student withdraw from the SMU-Fudan DBA(Tech) Programme at any time after accepting the offer.

The Deposit collected will be used to offset the 1st billing shown in the table below.

新加坡管理大学-复旦大学工商管理博士—科技专业 DBA(Tech)项目课程的总学费为261,600新币起（含消费税），学生应按以下方式支付：

一笔不可退还的50,000新币定金（以下简称“定金”），须在接受新加坡管理大学录取通知后支付。具体付款安排详见下文。

为免生疑，该定金将计入新加坡管理大学-复旦大学工商管理博士—科技专业 DBA(Tech)项目的总学费，但若学生在接受录取通知后任何时间退出该项目，新加坡管理大学将不予退还定金。
所收取的定金将用于抵扣下表所示的首期账单金额。

注：商品及服务税（GST）系代新加坡政府征收之税款，将按现行税率计征。学费（不含GST）自学生入学起即锁定不变。新加坡管理大学保留根据需要调整新生入学学费之权利。
