In an interview, SMU Associate Professor of Computer Science Zhu Feida, who is also the Programme Director of the SMU-Fudan DBA (Tech) programme and SMU’s Longevity Societies and Economies Institute Fellow, discussed "How to Make Educational Choices in the AI Era," drawing on Singapore's educational strategy in the AI era. Assoc Prof Zhu shared that SMU recently established the Resilient Workforces Institute (ResWORK), which studies how to prevent AI from replacing humans in the age of AI, enabling it to better collaborate with humans and create more job opportunities, rather than causing most people to lose their jobs.
