ACM Distinguished Member 2025
from the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). ACM has named 61 new Distinguished Members.
All the 2025 inductees are registered members and were selected by their peers for significant technical achievements and/or volunteer service. The ACM Distinguished Member program recognizes up to 10 percent of the worldwide ACM membership for their technical achievements and/or service to the field.

The SMU Teaching Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate the significance of teaching as a complex and multi-faceted profession. These university-level awards honour faculty members for their holistic contributions to peer development, student development, innovative instructional approaches, effective pedagogical practices and course design. SMU is also committed to adopting processes that promote gender equity in the recognition of teaching excellence.
SMU Core Curriculum Teaching Excellence Award 2025 (Capabilities Pillar) Winner
from the SMU College of Integrative Studies (CIS).
SMU CIS which oversees the SMU Core Curriculum, has established these awards to recognise outstanding faculty members and adjunct instructors who have demonstrated excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to student learning within the Core Curriculum. Each academic year, awardees are selected for each of the three pillars of the Core Curriculum - Capabilities, Communities and Civilisations. Recipients of three consecutive teaching awards are inducted in the Hall of Fame.
2025 Singapore 100 Women in Tech (SG100WIT) List Honourees
Organised by the Singapore Computer Society (SCS), in partnership with SG Women in Tech and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
The list recognises and celebrates women based in Singapore who have been inspiring and have made significant contributions to the tech industry.
Distinguished Reviewer Award
at the 47th International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE'25).
This is awarded to the top rated reviewers of the ICSE'25 Programme Committee.
MSR Foundational Contribution Award
at the 22nd International Conference on Mining Software Repositories (MSR2025).
This award recognizes fundamental contributions in the field of mining software repositories, which helped many others to build on it to advance the state of the art. Citation from award committee: "For pioneering, influential, extensive, and lasting contributions to transforming bug and test data into insights and automation that improve software quality and productivity."
AIS Fellow 2024
from the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
The AIS Fellow Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the information systems discipline in terms of research, teaching and service.
Fellow of Web Intelligence Academy
from the Web Intelligence Academy (WIA). The WIA promotes the advancement of science, engineering, and technology by recognizing and honoring the leading intellectuals, scholars, researchers, and practitioners who have made significant, cumulative contributions to the field of Web Intelligence (WI).
In 2024, seven individuals around the globe have been awarded WIA fellowship in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the advancement of web intelligence.
NUS Distinguished Computing Alumni Award 2023
from NUS School of Computing.
To recognise NUS Computing alumni whose endeavours in their chosen fields or professions are worthy of recognition and have brought honour to the University/School.
Transportation Science Meritorious Service Award (Associate Editor) 2024
from INFORMS 2024. These awards recognize associate editors, special issue guest editors, and reviewers who have offered exceptional service in the editorial process.

This was awarded to 4 of the 50 program committee members.

from Singapore Management University (SMU).
