SMU School of Information Systems Vice-Provost (Research) Steven Miller was interviewed for an article about the measures taken by universities against research malpractice, in the light of a recent incident at NTU. Prof Miller said the university expects faculty members to uphold the "highest standards of integrity and ethical practices in research, which would include the responsibility to report research misconduct if such acts are observed".
