SMU Assistant Professor of Strategic Management (Education) Terence Fan, a transport specialist, said Terminal 4 (T4) at Changi Airport which opens later this year will provide "a small-scale laboratory" to test novel technology, designs and processes that could be used in larger scale at Terminal 5.
