Southeast Asia’s top 30 tech startup founders

SMU School of Information Systems alumnus Aaron Tan and founder of Carro – a buy-and-sell marketplace for used cars – has been featured in Tech in Asia’s list of Southeast Asia top 30 tech startup founders. Prior to founding Carro, Mr Tan worked with corporate venture capital fund, Singtel Innov8. K Instead of simply being a listing platform, Carro offers a full-stack service, including transferring titles and warranties, and handling other tedious paperwork involved in the transactions. It has also started its own financing service for car buyers, Genie Financial Services.
