In an interview with RSI – a Swiss public broadcasting organisation that handles radio and television programmes in Italian for Switzerland – SMU Associate Professor of Law Eugene Tan discussed the importance and urgency of going digital in a post-pandemic economy and how it will help make businesses more efficient and effective. He also highlighted that other than making the infrastructure accessible for people to jump onto the digital bandwagon, it is also important for governments, including Singapore’s, to provide adequate funds or support in going digital and to raise awareness on how digital transformation can benefit.
