Four education institutions to help social service sector digitalise

Following a memorandum of understanding signed with the National Council of Social Service, four education institutions will help drive digitalisation efforts in the social service sector with tailor-made courses being offered by the end of the year. The digital training courses offered by SMU, NUS' Institute of Systems Science, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Lithan Academy will focus on the strategic, managerial, operational and tactical aspects of a social service agency to help the sector transform.
