As announced earlier this year, the School of Information Systems (SIS) has been renamed to School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS). See press release here:

Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) has scheduled a maintenance exercise to rename your current email address from “UserID@sis.smu.edu.sg” to “UserID@scis.smu.edu.sg” on the following period:

(Note: This is only applicable to students from 2018, 2019 and 2020 intake. 2021 intake are already using UserID@scis.smu.edu.sg. 2017 intake and earlier will continue to use UserID@sis.smu.edu.sg, NO CHANGE.)
DURING the maintenance period:
- Intermittent disruption in accessing to all SMU IT services such as Email, OASIS, Elearn, SMU Wi-Fi, etc..
AFTER the maintenance period:

If you have previously saved your login SMU credentials ( eg: Web Browsers or Office 365 Apps), please signout and re-login with your new email address after the migration.
If you have a current SMU Zoom and WooClap account, please kindly recreate a new Zoom account with your new SCIS email via https://login2.smu.edu.sg/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx?logintoRP=https://smu-sg.zoom.us. You will need to recreate the upcoming meetings/polls as well, as the meeting/polls created earlier are connected to your previous email address.
