BIOGRAPHY

Wing Chew is Head of Retail Projects in UOB Singapore. His responsibility includes projects targeted at improving productivity, process efficiencies and volume reduction in areas that include contact centre, credit card, banking and cash operations.

Prior to joining UOB, he was the Chief Transformation Officer at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), Alexandra Health with oversight of service transformation and developed the Aging-in-Place model for the healthcare institution. Wing Chew also enjoyed a 19 year career in Citibank Singapore which included roles in training, contact centre and banking operations management.
