About the Speaker

Rajiv has been involved in the Banking and FinTech ecosystems for over 30 years while working with various multinational companies in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Rajiv has held leadership positions in companies like FIS Global, Wipro Technologies, ACI Worldwide, Fiserv, and until recently with Virtusa, as Head of Innovation labs in Asia Pacific. He has helped these companies grow their business with innovative tech solutions for the banking industry. These FinTech solutions include core banking, digital banking, cards, payments, treasury, trade, etc. covering retail, SME, corporate, wealth management business segments. Rajiv was involved in the launch of the APIX platform by MAS at the Singapore FinTech Festival 2018. APIX is the world’s first online collaboration platform between Banks and FinTechs using APIs to create innovative solutions for banks. Rajiv has also been involved in multiple digital banking initiatives and has developed the DigiCal Banking Model – co-existence of the Digital Bank and the Physical Bank for customer ‘delight’ and business growth.
