ABSTRACT

Machine learning especially deep learning has become one of the most effective tools to solve a wide variety of research problems. When machine learning meets IoTs devices, the 'embedded intelligence' brings both new opportunities and challenges for the resources constrained systems. In this talk, Dr. Shen will presents his previous and current research activities on embedded intelligence which enables various new types of secured and convenient services on commercialized IoTs devices (smartphones, smart glasses, watches, etc.)
