Digital transformation is a key priority at most organizations: To achieve their digital transformation goals, organizations must focus on the customer experience. For years, agile and other iterative approaches have been
the go-to way to enable customer centricity, offering faster speed-to-value and the ability to quickly iterate, test and learn. More often, while these tools and techniques are customer-centric, the enterprise foundations
are not. Organizational structures, mindsets and partnership models are not aligned with customer-centric ways of working, making it difficult for delivery teams to achieve customer-centric outcomes. To achieve their full
potential, customer-centric tools and techniques must be rooted in three enterprise foundations: End-to-end ownership, Enterprise wide commitment and Priorities aligned with customer needs – Product Centric Organization.
