ABOUT THE ALUMNUS

Gerald Tan is an Associate (Engineer) at Goldman Sachs with a keen interest in high performance compute and distributed systems.

Gerald graduated from SMU in 2019, with a degree in BSc, Information Systems. He is part of the Goldman Sachs PLEX Core Engineering team. PLEX is an infrastructure which executes firmwide proprietary workloads on hardware resources. In his free time, Gerald likes to stay updated with smart home automation and self-hosted home lab technologies.
