ABOUT THE CXO

Colin is the Head of Infocomm Technology & Data at PSA Singapore, the world's largest transhipment port and flagship terminal of PSA International. He leads the Singapore ICT team and is responsible for developing and delivering strategies to build and run the digital products and solutions which power the port and its supply chain ecosystem.

Throughout his more than 20 years in the organization, Colin has held a variety of enterprise IT roles with responsibilities spanning IT and Application Operations, Data Centre Management, Product Infrastructure Solutions and Service Delivery. In the last 3 years, he has focused on driving Digital Transformation within IT to modernize application development and infrastructure delivery with agile practices and job redesign, and also to the wider organization through data and solutioning enablement. He is a strong advocate of embracing agile ways of working with a growth mindset that values learning, experimentation and adaptability. Prior to his career in IT, he also spent 4 years working in various corporate and strategic planning roles in PSA.

Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Control Systems) from Imperial College London.
