SMU SIS Undergraduates NGOH Jun Dat & ZHANG Teng Yu are recipients of Young Talent Programme Scholarship

On the 24th August 2014, two SMU SIS undergraduates received the IE Singapore Young Talent Programme (YTP) Scholarship from Mr S Iswaran, Minister in Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Home Affairs and Trade & Industry.

ZHANG Teng Yu and NGOH Jun Dat are currently embarking on their third year of academic journey at SMU SIS, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and a second major in Finance and Strategic Management respectively.

“The Young Talent Programme Scholarship recipients have been selected from over 900 candidates through an extensive selection process”, said Mr. S. Iswaran.

The YTP Scholarship offers the scholars a chance to fast-track their global career in dynamic Singapore companies with international business reach.

Upon graduation, Teng Yu will join Charles & Keith Group and Jun Dat will join YCH Group to be groomed for a role that will see them taking on international business portfolios and potentially, international management positions.
