SMU School of Information Systems undergraduate Nur Syakirah Mohd Said was cited by Minister in-charge of Cyber Security Dr Yaacob Ibrahim as a good example of the potential that can be achieved by the Malay community in the infocomm technology sector. Syakirah had emerged as the best student for Temasek Polytechnic's Diploma in Digital Forensics.
