SMU School of Information Systems Dean, Vice Provost (Research) and Professor of Information Systems (Practice) Steven Miller was a member of a panel of five judges at the inaugural Asian Scientist Writing Prize 2015 held at the Science Centre Singapore. He also participated in a panel discussion on opportunities and challenges for science in Asia in addition to the awards ceremony. Twenty-four winners emerged in the Asian Scientist Writing Prize 2015, which seeks to recognise outstanding science writers in the region.
