SMU graduates Scott Ng; Eve Law; and SIS alumnus LEE Xiang Rui and Chan Wei Tian are the creators of Web platform OneThreeOneFour, which aims to streamline the planning process for couples who want to organise their own overseas shoot. Mr Lee noted that they wanted to make sure that their photographers are reliable and good, which prompted them to fly to different destinations like Bali, South Korea and Taiwan.
Mr Ng said that the practice has been to take along a photographer from Singapore, even for overseas shoots, but added that a photographer based overseas could have better knowledge of the location. OneThreeOneFour plans to eventually connect photographers here with couples coming to Singapore for their wedding shoots as well.
