Microsoft Research Asia Managing Director Dr Hon Hsiao Wuen cited the placement of two of the company’s executives in the expert panel formed to provide international know-how to SMU’s recently launched Centre for AI and Data Governance. He said they were examples of how the US tech giant is actively engaged with governments around the world, especially in Singapore, to share its point of view and expertise on AI.
