Lily Kong: let's get the technology transformation right

According to SMU President Professor Lily Kong, a few fundamental questions need to be answered before we look to a new dawn for higher education. Prof Kong emphasises the virtual transition of higher education that had been growing prior to Covid-19 and pushed to the forefront as a result of the pandemic. She believes that, as higher education leaders, the key to succeeding in the face of such demands is to welcome change and to adapt to the “new normal” in order to allow students to thrive.
