SMU Professor Emeritus of Information Systems Steven Miller and Thomas Davenport, President's Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management of Babson College co-authored a story which examined how Singapore’s Land Transport Authority is leveraging a new generation of data driven, AI-enabled support systems to manage the city’s urban rail network.
