SMU alumni Shaun Tan and Anders Tan, together with Arudra Vangal, founded Inclus in 2018 with the vision of creating an end-to-end integrated disability employment services outfit run on a social enterprise model – generating revenue while doing good. Since then, Inclus has placed more than 200 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in roles across various sectors. More than just matching PWDs with inclusive employers, Inclus is actively working to future-proof its job seekers and help businesses tap into the potential and benefits of inclusive employment.
