Singtel-owned NCS names Sam Liew as CEO as Ng Kuo Pin steps down

Sam Liew, who sits on the Board of Advisors of SMU’s School of Computing and Information Systems, and Deputy CEO and head of NCS’ government strategic business group, will replace Ng Kuo Pin as the chief executive of NCS.
