Anh Han is a professional who specializes in creating, shifting, and participating in systems that facilitate repeatable innovation at scale. Grounded in customer centricity and experimentation, his 15 years of experience have taken him on a continuous learning journey.
Throughout his career, he has held various roles, starting as a zero-to-one product manager, honing his skills in innovative practices. Over time, he transitioned into coaching teams, guiding them in the art of innovation. Moreover, he has played a pivotal role in constructing enterprise-wide operating models, which have fostered sustainable cultures of innovation. These models have not only trained thousands of innovators but have also led to the launch of dozens of new ventures, capturing hundreds of millions in new value.
He firmly believes that transformation is an ongoing process of improvement, requiring interventions at all levels of an organization. From the boardroom, where new possibilities need to be embraced while respecting the past, to the middle management that may be skeptical due to previous experiences, to the frontline teams who have seldom been given opportunities to explore new approaches – each level plays a crucial role in driving transformation.
Currently, his primary focus lies in nurturing innovators rather than solely generating innovations. He is dedicated to fostering an environment that encourages and empowers individuals to creatively solve challenging problems with courage and care.
