Enrolling in MITB was a life changing decision for me. After working for 2 years in the public sector in China, I was planing to equip myself with technical knowledge and analytical mindset to be able to fit better in a fast changing world. MITB was a perfect program for me. The courses include technical fundamental knowledge in practical world and data analytics skill in business context, which are suitable for a nontechnical background student like me to learn. I got my current job and even changed my future career path after studying in MITB. It helped me discover my true interest in my career.
The courses in SMU not only focus on paper work and exams, we also have many chances to work as group projects with students from different nationalities and industries. It gave me experience in working and learning in a diversified environment. I have more confidence working with different people from different background after all the group projects.
