AFTERSHOCK PC was founded in 2012 by two School of Information Systems (SIS) graduates and one School of Economics and Social Science (SESS) graduate. Our goal was to offer custom laptops and desktops in Singapore with Standards set by the US PC customer builder's as a benchmark. Initially our challenge was to break into the local market. We overcame this challenge, and quickly rose to become a local PC builder with numbers on PAR with global MNC companies in Singapore, using unconventional marketing methods. Today AFTERSHOCK PC has a revenue approaching 20 million dollars in Singapore alone, and is branching out into far more product lines (monitors and more to come) while expanding regionally. We are also Singapore's second Microsoft name partner after razer (a large volume is required to become a NAME Partner) Learn about our experiences with a brick and mortar type start up, and the challenges we faced.
