We are pleased to share that two new postgraduate scholarships are now available to Indonesian students.
Haryanto Adikoesoemo Postgraduate Scholarship
Mr. Haryanto Adikoesoemo, President Director of PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk, a publicly listed company in Indonesia, has made a generous contribution to set up the Haryanto Adikoesoemo Postgraduate Scholarship at the Singapore Management University (SMU). The Scholarship, a first of its kind, aims to motivate outstanding individuals who are citizens of Indonesia aspiring to pursue their postgraduate studies in the areas of innovation, human capital and business transformation at SMU, spur them to greater heights of academic excellence, and accord them recognition for their accomplishments. Each scholarship award is valued at S$70,000 and will offer financial support towards the Master of IT in Business (MITB) tuition fees. Any excess will be used for student’s study related and living expenses.
Indonesian Education Scholarship (LPDP)
SMU has been recognised as an approved Masters and PhD destination for “all subject” under Indonesia’s 2022 LPDP programme. The LPDP scholarship provides full tuition and expense coverage for Indonesian best talents, to innovate and accelerate the country’s development.
Eligibility
If you are an international student from Indonesia applying for the Master of IT in Business (MITB) programme at SMU, you may be eligible for one of the above scholarships.
The SMU-MITB programme offers four specialisation tracks: Analytics, Financial Technology & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation. The programme has emerged as one of Asia’s best QS Business Masters Rankings: Business Analytics programmes for 4 consecutive years – Asia’s #1 in 2019 and 2020, Asia’s #2 in 2021 and 2022.
