This startup is using chatbots to push the boundaries of automation

SMU alumni Xu Mengxiang, Yang Zijian and Chan Ya Yi Carylyne were featured in an article where they shared the genesis and the vision and mission of their company, KeyReply, which uses chatbots to push the boundaries of automation. Their goal is to help companies identify key insights from customer conversations and automate customer engagement and support using Facebook Messenger bots. To date, their clients include companies like SGAG, Ninja Van, Tech in Asia, and even the Singapore government’s one-stop portal for government information, Gov.sg.
